Leadership & Team

Leadership and Team at CBLPro is a dynamic initiative founded and led by Mrs. Debadrita Sengupta. She is a teacher, curriculum developer, Instructional Designer and eLearning consultant for past 16+ years. Her strong determination and vision have road mapped to establish the organization and nourish the learning procedure. Moreover she and her team believe in time and quality management for customer satisfaction.


Prior to her experience, she focuses on delivering end to end elearning solutions for corporate, K12, university and training institutes. Her work also includes development of WBT, ILT, Mobile Learning, Web Design & Development, Trainers guide, Manuals, Lab Assessments and many more. The primary focus of her and CBLPro is to spread across globe and support various business organizations in the ground of learning within a feasible price. Along with she also wishes to raise the standard and effectiveness of learning process.

Our Methodology

The foundation of our Methodology is ADDIE model supported by effective project management and quality assurance. All the teams have professionally qualified employees to understand the needs and offer the solution as per the customer's expectations. In case any team wish to seek help then we come up with meetings and discussions to find solutions for that problem. Work Cycle:


  • Our work starts with business development people who are specially meant for understanding, exploring and discovering the needs, expectations of the customers.
  • Now the ID and Media team look up to the challenges from 3600 and note it down to fix it up and discuss the same with the content development team.
  • After penning down all the specifications and requirements, we validate it and start working with excellent linguistics. Meanwhile we add up all the visual appealing graphics to the content in order to enhance the readability and effectiveness of the content.
  • We end up with reviewing the work, fixing- correcting errors and serve it to the customers.
